Highest quality of commercially available black phosphorus crystals ideally suited for exfoliation.

High pure black Phosphorus crystals produced by gas phase transport – The highly shiny and very stable crystals have a bluish black metallic luster. Perfectly suitable for scotch tape method, liquid or any other type of exfoliation. These samples are perfecty suited for semiconductor experiments.
