Description
Antimony Sulfoiodide nanowires 99.999% (metal basis)
Antimony sulfur iodide (SbSI) is one of the V–VI–VII (or 15–16–17 class) compounds, having the highest Curie temperature among them, and known as a ferroelectric semiconductor. Its unusual properties include photoconductive, piezoelectric, pyroelectric and pyro-optic properties. It is also known that the properties (e.g. electric conductivity) vary considerably with temperature . Applications are wide from infrared integrated optical devices and actuators to pyro-optic detector and imager.
